Simple:
- I like to read novels.
- Alex and Peter play chess every afternoon.
Compound:
- Alex played computer games, so Peter went for a walk.
- Alex played computer games, for Peter went for a walk.
Complex:
- After they finished studying, Alex and Peter went to the movies.
- Alex and Peter went to the movies after they finished studying.
Compound-Complex:
- I stayed up last night so im tired today.
- If you hurry,we might get to college on time.
